Refund & Return Policy – Above the Clouds Natural Wear

1. General Policy

By purchasing garments from Above the Clouds Natural Wear, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Return Policy.

Each piece is crafted with attention to material and detail. Returns are therefore handled with care and are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions below.


2. Core Principles

  • We do not offer cash refunds

  • Eligible items may be:

    • Exchanged (same item / different size), or

    • Issued as a store credit (online or in-store depending on origin of purchase)

Important:

  • Online purchases → eligible for online credit only

  • Boutique purchases → eligible for in-store exchange only

  • Channels are not interchangeable


3. Online Returns

Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@abovetheclouds.store

  2. Include:

    • Order reference

    • Clear photos of the garment

Returns must be approved prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • In original packaging where possible


Exchanges & Credits

  • Faulty items:
    Eligible for exchange (same item) or online store credit

  • Size exchanges:
    Possible for the same style, subject to availability
    → Shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Store credit (online coupon):

    • Valid for 3 months

    • Usable in one transaction only


Costs & Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs and any duties (both directions) are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit


Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 working days after receipt of the returned item for inspection and processing.


Important Notes

  • Online orders cannot be returned to boutiques

  • Sale items are final sale (no returns or exchanges)

  • Faulty items must still be reported within 7 days of delivery


4. In-Store Returns (Bali Boutiques)

Returns for purchases made in our Bali boutiques must follow the conditions below:

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered

    • With original tags and packaging

  • Original receipt must be presented


Conditions

  • Exchanges only (no refunds, no store credit)

  • Exchanges must be made in the same boutique of purchase

  • Sale items are final sale


Faulty Items

If a faulty item was purchased in-store:

  • Please contact info@abovetheclouds.store before returning

  • Shipping costs related to the return remain the responsibility of the customer

We provide detailed sizing charts for each garment. As materials and cuts may vary, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchase for assistance:

6. Final Provisions

Above the Clouds Natural Wear reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined

  • Update or modify this policy at any time

Any updates will be reflected on our website. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of these terms.
